The source of everything

The source of everything is existing without even the possibility of not
existing

If we imagine it to be less than what we are,
we make a big mistake

If we imagine it to be devoid of love
-- we cut ourselves from the greatest source of real love

Happiness and Peace of Mind

Meditation offers peace of mind and takes us to the source of happiness. The great classic of meditation: the Bhagavad-gita (2.66) explains that without control of the mind peace is not possible and without peace happiness is not possible.

If our minds are all over the place, then we are constantly being attracted to unlimited patterns of thinking. If we can meditate with a clear mind, we will discover a deep and peaceful happiness.

Control of our thoughts

Most people are victims of their own thoughts, and have no means to control what goes on in their minds. Regular meditation leads to the ability to control our thoughts.

But in the love meditation of bhakti-yoga we can go even beyond that. In love the thoughts flow naturally to the loved one just like a river going to the ocean. This yoga of live is to properly direct the love at the absolute truth -- source of everything.
